Disgusting treatment from Canada Post

I have never been this frustrated.  I am going to rant a bit because no one seems to be listening about this situation at all.

I ordered a t-shirt from http://teelab.com/store/index.php?route=common/home which had great customer service.  I checked online and saw that my parcel was in transit, let it go for a couple of days, then checked again.  I was very surprised to find out that my parcel had been delivered successfully, especially since I did not receive it.

I called my local post office and asked them about it.  When they got back to me they told me that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and that no one was answering the door there.  That was over two weeks ago and I have been following up with this almost daily and I keep getting the run around with no results.  I am not even allowed to know the name of the person who delivers my mail.  In order to replace this t-shirt I am going to be out around 70-100 considering I had a promo code the first time and free shipping which will not be in place this time.

It is completely insane that there is no accountability these days for people screwing up.  I am going to file a small claims court case and if I have to do that the mail carrier is going to be out the cost of the shirt, shipping, handling and taxes (in USD) plus the cost of the case.  A high price for screwing up?  Yes but if there had of been accountability in the first place then no of this would have been needed.

I have never seen such poor customer service.  It is no wonder that they are having issues.  All I wanted was a t-shirt.
